The 2016 SDGs China Summit will take place alongside the 8th Global Compact China-Japan-Korea Business Roundtable Conference and CJK Youth and Researcher Forum. The Summit will convene approximately 500 participants from the region including business leaders, government representatives, civil society organizations, youth representatives, experts and scholars.

The event aims to raise awareness of the SDGs, to encourage companies to tackle common challenges through partnership and innovation, to create business opportunities through advancing the SDGs, and to identify the roles that different stakeholders play in mapping out the road for the future.
