Companies around the world have embraced the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) as the global standard on business’ responsibility to respect human rights. After companies commit to the standard, how can they report on progress made in their implementation efforts? The UN Guiding Principles Reporting Framework is the first comprehensive guidance for companies to report on how they respect human rights in line with the UNGPs. UN Global Compact signatories can use the UNGP Reporting Framework to meet their reporting requirement with respect to the Human Rights element of the UN Global Compact's Communication on Progress.

Hosted by the UN Global Compact and Shift, this webinar will explore how business can use the Framework to report in a meaningful way on human rights risks and impacts, and will provide examples of how the Framework is being used to support internal management of human rights issues. The webinar will also feature perspectives from companies that have used the Framework.
