On 12 July 2018, on the eve of the Partnership Exchange, the inaugural Partnership Expo will be held onboard the Peace Boat ship. The Expo will provide a venue for partnership exhibitions, dialogue and networking, and will be attended by UN officials, representatives from Permanent Missions to the UN, Embassy officials, business representatives and NGO partners.

The event will highlight the importance of partnerships for transformation toward resilient and sustainable societies, showcase various initiatives toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and provide a networking opportunity for attendees of the High-level Political Forum during the annual global gathering. The reception will be held onboard the ship as it is docked in Manhattan on the evening of 12 July, including presentations, live music, exhibitions, cultural presentations, and more, focused on the SDGs.
