    I am pleased to confirm that Zibo Luhua Hongjin New Material Group Co., Ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • The company Supporting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and require business partners and suppliers to comply with the Global Compact's policy of human rights principles. The company firmly establishes the concept of "people-oriented and safety first", provides employees with safe and healthy working conditions, eliminates hazards, reduces occupational health and safety risks, pays attention to the physical and mental health of employees, and realizes the mutual benefit, win-win and harmonious development of the company, employees and interested parties.

  • The company abides by the labor law, does not employ child labor, and guarantees the rights of minors. The company guarantees equal pay for equal work for men and women, and women account for no less than 30% of middle and senior managers.

  • No human rights violations have occurred, and the company guarantees that the human rights of every employee cannot be violated.

Labour

  • Our company requires business partners and operators to comply with the global contract labor principle policy;
    Abolish child labour, eliminate all forms of forced and compulsory labour, and eliminate discrimination in employment and occupation.

  • Among the middle and senior managers, women account for about 35%, ethnic minorities account for about 10%, and the age range is 60+~30+.
    There has been no violation of the labour principles of the Global Compact, and we will never allow it to happen.

Environment

  • The company will conduct CFP assessment to determine the carbon footprint of products;
    Afforestation to respond to the call for carbon neutrality;
    Partners are required to adhere to the Global Compact environmental principles.

  • Conduct collective training for employees to improve their awareness of environmental protection;
    Use shared pallets to reduce carbon emissions during transportation;

Anti-Corruption

  • The Articles of Association requires zero tolerance for corruption, bribery and extortion, and dismissal will be given in serious cases;
    The company declares that it supports the United Nations Convention against Corruption;
    A policy that requires business partners and suppliers to adhere to the Global Compact anti-corruption principles.

  • The Company conducts regular training for employees to improve their awareness of the Company's anti-corruption and extortion policies;
