    I am pleased to confirm that G+G Developers Group reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • G+G is focusing all its resources to helping victims of domestic violence, drug abuse or fleeing persecution as refugees, that have since been left homeless. Our goal is to save as many victims as possible here in the US domestically and globally .

  • Our execution and action towards these efforts are simply to change their quality of life by giving them the most basic need: a home. Through our real estate acquisitions and construction developments of affordable housing we hope to house and save as many as we can. We will utilze NYC rental programs delegated for affordable housing, allow those unfortunate victims the chance towards a rental voucher - to allocate rental assistance in the hope that they will find an apt unit within one of our affordable housing developments. We are blessed to be experienced and with 18+ years of solid construction and real estate experience we don't believe we can accomplish our mission- we know.

  • Thus far we have put into place a team to track just how many homeless victims in each borrow and we hope to decrease that number in NYC. As for abroad we have status reports from superintendents on-site to manage the progress of those homeless victims saved. Some have drug addictions etc. we work and collaborate with rehabilitation organizations and supportive assistance is given by nonprofits we hold dear in the region/town. We are determined to do goood in this world through the culture and business at G+G.
