    I am pleased to confirm that yourhravest AG reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Code of Conduct for Suppliers, Code of Conduct for Employees and a sustainable Procurement Principles to ensure we as a company as well as our suppliers and all the other chains in our supply chains comply with human rights. We have also implemented a ombuds person.

    In 2022 we will introduce a new supply chain mapping plattform, which we will also use to assess risks, including human rights risks.

  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • All our suppliers and emplyoees need to sign and comply with the following documents: Code of Conduct for Suppliers, Code of Conduct for Employees and a sustainable Procurement Principles. In case they cannot meet the requriements yet, they have to agree on an action plan and time table to ensure they are working towards meeting these requirements.

  • This will be possible once we have mapped our supply chains. For now we work close with our suppliers and conduct social audits to ensure compliance with human rights.

Labour

  • In our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Code of Conduct for Emplyoees is written, that we comply with ILO and other interanional principles and we expect the same from our business partners.

Environment

  • In our Code of Condcut and sustainable procurement principles we request from our suppliers to comply with national laws and regulations. We are committed to using resources responsibly, complying with environmental laws and offering joint projects to reduce the negative impact on the environment.

  • We only use renewable energy and compansate our Corporate Footprint with climate compensation projects. We also plan to introduce climate neutral products and promote public transport for commuting and business travels. Joint projects with our suppliers.

  • We report annual on our sustainabiltiy goals in our sustainability progress report.

Anti-Corruption

  • This topic is an important company value and code of conducts for suppliers and emplyoees.

  • We have an ombuds person which can always be addressed with such topics. All emplyoees and suppliers have to agree on our view towards bribery and ant-corruption
