  • Dear stakeholders,

After a very turbulent year in various areas, the challenges in 2022 are unfortunately not over yet. We can influence some developments and unfortunately we cannot. As an organisation, we will have to be flexible and that requires a lot of our adaptability. Fortunately, we have proven to be a resilient company and we can respond to a changing environment and society. We will of course do everything we can this year to continue to support the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and to let our organization play an active role in improving Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
Stafa Groep is aware of its place in, responsibility for and influence on the
society. Society means more to us than the immediate surroundings of the places
where we operate as a company. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is for us
therefore self-evident. Within our company, care for the company, each other and the
future in all layers a great good.
Stafa is a socially committed and sustainable organization. Through our statements we have
we set out a framework for this.
    Stafa Group wants:
    • Sustainable entrepreneurship
    • More sustainable processes (Energy / Waste flows / Transport)
    • Be a transparent and flexible company.
    • Being a good employer.
    • Being socially involved
Both in our own business operations, products and services, but also as a partner in the chain,
Stafa is constantly looking for the right balance. With internal process control and intended
investments aimed at sustainability, continuous process improvement, 100% green energy,
our CO2 performance ladder and our objective in this area, giving membership to the UN Global Compact
part of our CSR efforts again.

All-in-all, Stafa Group is continuously working on people and the environment and we want that in the
would like to continue to do in the future in order to make a positive contribution to a better and cleaner
    society.
If you have any questions about the above explanation, please let me know.
    Sincerely,
    Joep van Gool
Board of Directors of the Stafa Group
