    To our stakeholders:
    I am pleased to confirm that Shahin Company for Construction reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business
    strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • We ensure that we are against child labor and that we do not include children in our work force
    We ensure that our goals is to save and protect all people regardless of their gender.
    We ensure that our employees include both genders and we make sure to include PwD

  • We have a periodic and daily kind of monitoring on site and that we have a policy to protect people no matter their gender is.
    We have a feedback and complaint policy and certain employees to handle any complain if needed.

Labour

  • we support approaches to help environment in matter related to avoid the usage of non recycled materials and establish partnerships with recycle factories.

  • We avoid environmental damage via regular maintenance of production processes and environmental protection system (air pollution control, waste,
    water treatment systems, etc.)

  • Government issues periodic policies about environmental issues and are strictly comply to them and cannot afford to harm the planet we live in so we take extra caution actions to avoid the matter and make regular visits and tests to avoid it.
