  • 1) Bio Conservation at Tanjung Pulisan : The Group has dedicated 16 hectares of land in Northern Minahasa earmarked as a conservation research centre to maintain and preserve biodiversity along the Wallace boundary line and assist in large-scale efforts to repopulate endangered flora and fauna in the area. It will function as a host for conventions and summits relevant to the goal of environmental conservation and stewardship.

  • 1) Office Waste Management Program: The Group is championing a waste management program for all employees to support fundamental behavioural change in consumption habits. All individual waste bins are removed from staff desks, substituted with a segregated bin system of different waste categories placed at the main reception. Employees are required to make the trek to the lobby if any waste needs to be disposed of. The aim is to correct existing waste habits by eliminating convenience and instilling thoughtful deliberation at point of user. Daily volumes will be weighed to provide information on efficacy of this initiative and allow for subsequent refinements, if needful.

    2) Organic Waste Composting: Food waste are collected and used as compost in our appointed green areas to recycle nutrients back into the soil profile.
