    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. Human Rights

Labour

  • 1- protect RCC Labours against discrimination based on sex, race, religion, age, disability and sexual orientation.
    2- provide part-time work, fixed-term contracts, working hours, employment of young people, informing and consulting employees.
    2- providing, as far as possible, a working environment which it will be kept free from any hazards due to air pollution, noise or vibration. To achieve this, technical measures shall be applied to enterprises or processes, and where this is not possible, supplementary measures regarding the organization of work shall be taken instead.

    2- Develop Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) to fully comply with Abu Dhabi EHSMS Requirements for achieving positive Environmental, social and economical Impacts.
