    Unterstützung des Global Compact der Vereinten Nationen

    Wir freuen uns, bestätigen zu können, dass die Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH ihre Unterstützung der zehn Prinzipien des Global Compact der Vereinten Nationen in den Bereichen Menschenrechte, Arbeitsnormen, Umweltschutz und Korruptionsbekämpfung erneut bekräftigt.

    In diesem jährlichen Fortschrittsbericht beschreiben wir unsere Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Integration des Global Compact und seiner Prinzipien in unsere Geschäftsstrategie, Unternehmenskultur und unseren täglichen Betrieb.

    Support of the UN Global Compact

    We are pleased to confirm that Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

  • In unserem Unternehmen gibt es einen Betriebsrat, an den sich die Mitarbeiter jederzeit bei Problemen wenden können. Darüber hinaus gibt es feste Sprechzeiten im Personalbüro. In Sachen Arbeitsschutz haben wir einen Arbeitsschutzausschuss, der sich regelmäßig trifft und notwendige Maßnahmen bespricht und umsetzt. Wir stellen den Mitarbeitern Schutzausrüstungen wie Helme und Sicherheitsbekleidung zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus finden regelmäßig Ersthelferschulungen sowie Schulungen zur Nutzung der an vielen Stellen im Unternehmen angebrachten Defibrillatoren statt. Des Weiteren haben wir einen Verhaltenskodex entwickelt, in dem wir uns unter anderem eindeutig für Integration und gegen Diskriminierung positionieren.
