  • Dear Sirs,
Our firm, Indus IngenierĂa y Arquitectura, SA has continued supporting the Global Compact principles in our day to day work.
Our business supports and respects the protection of international human rights and makes sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses. We stress that there is no kind of discrimination because of sex, wealth, race, physical impairments...
We adhere to the labour principles stated in the UN Global Compact and seek to protect our employees by providing equal opportunities of development and employment. We comply with the European labour codes and request our providers to fulfil such norms too.
In order to improve our environmental footprint and impact, our firm has improved the isolation of our premises by renewing glasses and windows. This has resulted in a smaller heating/air conditioning consumption, but also in less noise and dust from the street and thus a better comfort for our employees. Moreover we have have designed buildings which meet stringent environmental requirements in order to reduce the consumption of energy and other resources in their construction and future operation.
Our company works against corruption in all its forms, including extorsion and brivary. This is a zero tolerance area for our firm and its management.
    In Barcelona, November 12th 2012.
    J. Pedrerol, CEO
