    I am pleased to confirm that Westminster (shanghai) metals& plastics co.,ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

  • 1.实行工龄工资制度,员工在上海太荣工作每满一年,将增加每年的工龄工资。
    2.为所有员工缴纳“4金”。
    3.为所有员工提供免费的午餐。
    4.为申请在公司宿舍居住的员工提供免费且条件优良的住宿。
    5.完善实施了一线工人工作的“按件计酬”制度,切实提高一线员工的工作待遇和工作积极性。

  • 随着中国经济的不断发展,企业员工的薪酬福利待遇也应当得到持续的提高;上海太荣始终将员工待遇与企业发展置于同等重要的地位,今后我们将一如既往地坚决执行国际劳工组织关于劳工标准的核心公约以及其他国际条约,严格遵守全球契约关于劳工标准的原则,并结合国内及企业自身情况,制定出更加合理的劳工准则

  • 1.上海太荣从公司生产经营的各方面入手,强化各部门负责人及员工的节约意识,将“节约型生存模式”贯彻落实到日常工作中的每一个细节。
    2.上海太荣强化“绿色环保企业”创建工作,公司中层以上领导干部召开会议,详细部署了创建环保企业的各项工作,公司成立了创建“绿色环保企业”工作领导小组及办公室,制定了详细的工作计划。并在公司内部举行了“绿色环保志愿者”签名活动。
    3.上海太荣大力引进先进的金属加工技术,从业务、运营、公益等多方面开展低排放,低污染行动,为保护社区环境起到了良好作用。
    4.上海太荣还制定了环保应急预案,以预防及应对公司在环境保护方面所发生的突发事件。
