Description
  • Since our adhesion to the Global Compact, our will is to integrate in our culture and each one of our actions, the principles of the pact. For that, we created in June 2003 a project "sustainable Development" in our company in order to define our sustainable development policy.
This policy, in close link with our engagement in the Global Compact, is pressed on five major axes, engaging our social and environmental responsibility: marketing ethics, relations with our wine growers, relations with our suppliers, Quality/Safety/Environment management of our production sites and human ressources.
Our engagement in human rights and labour standards are as follows: respect of the law labour in all the areas, social dialogue in priority, development of our collaborators (internal mobility, training) and internal equity (remuneration and evaluation policies).
Our engagement always were to invest in the environmental protection of our production sites. For several years, several of our sites have been certified Iso 9000, Iso 14001 and HACCP. All sites set up the actions required to be in conformity with the national lawful requirements concerning the safety of goods and people.
Our will is to assure the evolution of Rémy Cointreau in a dynamic process of continuous improvement, using a responsible attitude integrating our economic development, our social leading and our environmental actions.
Using the whole of these actions, we are convinced that we will reinforce our identity and the continuity of our company, in seeing to the durability of the world which surround us.
