Pioneiro na defesa dos direitos humanos e civis, o 6º Ofício de Registro de Títulos e Documentos da cidade do Rio de Janeiro tem dois grandes motivos para comemorar: o seu aniversário de 70 anos e a sua parceria com a Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), estabelecida com sua adesão ao Pacto Global e seus respectivos princípios.
