Description
  • For the fifth consecutive year, the Air France - KLM group today published its annual Corporate Social Responsibility report for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (9th July 2009), together with the Reference Document and other financial documents.

This report is largely distributed to all our stakeholders and as a means of ensuring transparency, we have also invited some of our stakeholders to express their viewpoints in this document.

Moreover, in 2008-09, the group used the “materiality test” , as described in the guidelines of the GRI, to update the identification of its CSR issues and to foster the long-term cooperation with its stakeholders.
