In the end of March 2006, Anritsu Corporation participated in the Global Compact.
The Company put a news release, informing its whole stakeholders of the participation, on its Internet home page. The Company issued its in-house organs for all the Anritsu Group employees from the countries, such as Japan, USA, UK,Germany, France, People's Republic of China, Canada, Italy, Denmark, Korea, Brazil, and Singapore, where it has offices and or manufacturing facilities. In addition it published the leaflet of Anritsu News explaining its participation and the reason why it participated the Global Compact (GC).
The Company's representative attended the GC meeting in Tokyo, where UN Secretary General Kofi A. Annan exchanged his opinion with the leaders from GC participants in Japan.
