  • The report preparation process relied, for the first time in the company, with an engagement panel with interested parties, held on February 3, 2009, in São Paulo,congregated 99 guests among customers; representatives of customers; investors; federal,state and municipal governmental spheres; shareholders; communities, NGOs, trade unions,and universities; customers; internal audience; suppliers and partners; and regulatory agencies.

    The COP is made available to stakeholders through the corporate portal on the Internet and Intranet of Sabesp, running in newspapers of wide circulation, delivered in the print media providers, government, entities of class, shareholders.
