  • We send reports to all main stakeholders. We also use to hear our employees about the adequacy of the contents of the reports to their expectations.We promote regular meetings with our main suppliers and share with them our targets and challenges on sustainability and social responsibility. As a contlolled company by the holding EletrobrĂ¡s we have discussed with it and the other controlled companies about the main aspects of our reports.During 2008 Eletrobras and all its subsidiaries have created Sustainability Committees to improve their sustainability and social responsibility performance.As a state owned company we develop projects related to public policies and are subject to reporting rules set by governmental bodies.Furnas develop social actions in the communities close to its installatios always consulting the population about the best ways to carry out the projects.
