    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

    II. Organization of Eco picnic focused on the building awareness on ecology

    Target:
    Since the company take good care of environmental compliance, the main purpose of this year event, apart from team integration, was to increase employees consciousness on human impact on Natural Environment with the target of company support in continuous improvement in this matter.

    Main activities:
    1. Planting flowers and vegetables,
    2. Preparing nice decorations from waste during dedicated workshop
    3. A lot of different ECO attractions with ECO educational purpose:
    - Utilization and recycle waste,
    - Creation of eco poems,
    - Played Eco games
    - Create eco jewelers,
    - Gain knowledge during Eco knowledge competitions.

    4. One of the ECO and team spirit activity was building ARRK dog kennels by ARRK Polska families. The ARRK kennels which were given to Bydgoszcz dog shelter just after the picnic found their owners very quickly. Even the director of the local dog shelter, well known in the society for her involvement in different actions supporting protection of natural environment, visited Shapers’ picnic to thanks for this nice gift.

    5. To keep in mind that activity is a key factor of good attitude, the company also prepared a lot of sport events including dancing and football during that day.
