    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that Unlimited Technology P Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption. In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • - Unlimited a company handbook in which the Code of Conduct is clearly mentioned about the abuses. Unlimited has zero tolerance policy on gender discrimination, child labor, harassment, sexual abuse, human trafficking, employment discrimination, corruption.
    - The human rights policy and goals are in support of the universal declaration of Human Rights and cope with International Standards
    - Unlimited believes the Global Compact principles on Human Rights

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • - The company handbook poses the grievance system for any complaints, suggestions
    - Any victim or witness of the Human Rights violation can file an official complaint through call, suggestion box or email to the Management Team

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • - We are an IT Company and in context of software development companies, human rights violation is quite rare. Till now (in 27 years of experience), we have not faced any issues so far.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • - Unlimited Technology respects the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
    - We have clear written policies on forced labour, child labour and employment discrimination

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • - The company handbook poses the grievance system for any complaints, suggestions
    - Any one inside the organization feels about the violation of ILO's declaration, can file an official complaint through call, suggestion box or email to the Management Team

  • Measurement of outcomes

  • - Labour right's violation has not been faced till now and incase of such issues, there is clear written policy based on situations.

Environment

  • - We respect and are aligned with the UN Global Compact environmental principles.

  • Implementation

  • - Trainings to employees

    - Trainings to Community women
    - Reuse, Reduce and Recycle campaign and policy inside the organization

  • - Not a clear written policy on it but we do try to aware the inside team as much as possible.

Anti-Corruption

  • - We have written company policy of zero-tolerance for corruption, bribery and extortion
