    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that pttx reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • 普天铁心自成立至今一直严格遵守《世界人权宣言》及其他关于保护人权的国际标准,认同并遵循全球契约的人权原则。

  • 公司在员工宿舍、办公楼、车间多处设立了建议信箱,还设置了电子邮箱,员工可以匿名给公司管理层反映生活与工作遇到的问题或者提出自己的建议,公司行政人员定期对信箱内的信息进行汇总与处理,最后会把处理结果张贴在公告栏通知全体公司员工。

Labour

  • 普天铁心将国际劳工组织制定的全球标准作为公司内部管理质量体系的一个重要组成部分,我们按照全球标准划定了员工的最低工资标准线,努力杜绝任何方面的劳工歧视,并明文规定禁止雇佣15岁以下的童工。

  • 1.公司为所有员工缴纳住房公积金、社会保障金等五险一金 2.完善实施了一线工人工作的“按件计酬”制度,切实提高一线员工的工作待遇和工作积极性。 3.实行工龄工资制度,员工工作每满一年,每年年底工资按一定比例增加 4.公司为员工提供住房补贴,每月200元 5.夏季高温给予高温补贴费,每日有冷饮供应。

  • 随着中国经济的不断发展,企业员工的薪酬福利待遇也应当得到持续的提高;普天铁心始终将员工待遇与企业发展置于同等重要的地位,今后我们将一如既往地坚决执行国际劳工组织关于劳工标准的核心公约以及其他国际条约,严格遵守全球契约关于劳工标准的原则,并结合国内及企业自身情况,制定出更加合理的劳工准则。
