    ESG Commitment: We strive to build a sustainable, equitable, healthy environment through a combination of innovative and exemplary environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. We have committed to a short term objective of reaching at the end of 2023 the Ecovadis platinum certification and follow a CoP (Communication on Progress). with UN Global Compact.

    In appendix of the policy, The 10 UN Principles and the 17 SDGs are clearly part of the policy.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Ensure that Human rights are respected is done through :

    - a strong ESG policy that is reaffirming our Group Committment
    - our Code of Ethics that will be reviewed in 2023 to ensure a full compliance with UN Principles.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • We do have to put at the group level all actions our subsidiaries are doing independtly without communicating.
    Our policies cover all aspects of the UN Human Rights principles but need to be communicated to all our stakeholders.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • We will make sure that UN Principles be part of our HR dashboard.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • It is forbidden by law to work with children, force labour. Moreover, french law which is applied in our group for all labor topics does ensure that all UN Principles are respected.

  • We will communicate on the UN Principles 3,4,5 and 6 to all our stakeholders.

  • Measurement of outcomes

  • We will set-up the right indicators to strictly monitor it knowing that we should have :

    - o children that should work for us. It is the case today.
    - 0 forced or compulsory labour. It is the case today.
    - 0 discrimation. It is the case today.

Environment
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • Our ESG policy does encompass all aspects of the UN Principles for environment.
    We use Ecovadis as a platform to monitor and improve our performances.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • All Environment actions are listed in our ESG-Group file. Performance will be monitored on a quarterly basis.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates environmental performance.

  • We do have a list of indicators that will have to be part of our Group Dashboard.
    We do perform a yearly ESG review which is submitted to Ecovadis.

Anti-Corruption
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • Our ESG policy has taken into account the Principle 10.
    The Group polciy on corruption, extortion and bribery will be written by March 2023. The policy exists already for our UK facility.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement anti-corruption policies, address anti-corruption risks and respond to incidents.

  • Actions start with the policy to write and to communicate to our stakeholders.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.
