    I am pleased to confirm that ProService Finteco reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

    We acknowledge our support for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our policies in this respect our full outlined in the company's Code of Conduct. This is a formal policy which all employees are introduced to during their onboarding process and reminded of annually via an online course.

    We operate annual training for all employees to reinforce our Code of Conduct. We also have an independent whistleblowing mechanism that can be used to submit grievances.

    Equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion
    The concept of diversity management in the ProService Finteco group of companies is based on 3 concepts – equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion – which is reflected in our employment structure.

    We pay particular attention to parities. As one of the few companies in the financial market, we can boast almost 50% of women in the company and an equally high percentage of female employees who hold managerial positions.

    "ProService Finteco Group signed ABSL Diversity and Inclusion Declaration. Employers and organizations associated in the Association of Business Service Leaders As members of ABSL, in 2020 we signed the Diversity and Inclusion Declaration on building a supportive work environment."

    2. Charity (hospitals and children care home)

    "ProService Finteco supported the charges of the SOS Children’s Villages Association. In the previous year’s online event was attended by Board Vice President Emilia Guz and our employees who donated artwork for the auction. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the SOS Children’s Villages Association. The auction is conducted on Allegro and will last until 1 February 2021.

    Tree planting will be done by participating in environmental initiatives and projects carried out by volunteers to plant trees throughout Poland and supporting all initiatives that aim at the restoration of Polish forests.

    Green office
    We have implemented policies in each of our offices that include sorting waste, using recycled paper, eliminating plastics, reducing printing, reusing office supplies, saving energy, using office equipment efficiently, and going paperless.In 2021 ProService Finteco received the Green Office certificate.

    Environmentally friendly technology
    We support and design solutions and technologies to reduce paper consumption. One of our pioneering solutions is ProService Finteco Durable Medium platform, which allows financial institutions to provide their customers with documents using a durable medium of information.

  • In the ProService Finteco group of companies, we have zero tolerance for any form of corruption. Corruption runs counter to our efforts to be a responsible company. We want to actively participate in business as a responsible and trustworthy company. Our zero-tolerance policy on corruption applies to all of us, as well as to associates and business partners acting on our behalf. All executives are required to take a key role in creating an organizational culture in which corruption will not have a chance to exist and is unacceptable in any form.
