    GOALS:
    o Identify the dangers and possible injuries or health problems;
    o Evaluate and classify potential risks to the safety and health of all employees, to determine the need and priority of adopting actions of prevention and control;
    o Define actions, according to priorities, in order to control exposures that represent risks to employees’ health;
    o Allow the organization to keep employees aware of the risks in your work enviroment;
    o provide the organization with keeping historical records of exposures for all employees so that they can be analyzed and managed based on actual exposure information.

    The expected result of this program is to provide the organization with preventive action in the management of occupational safety and health, through the identification, recognition and classification of occupational risks, allowing them to be managed, whether by eliminating these risks, or by adopting control measures to minimize them.

    All the risks were identified, analyzed and classified according the level and the priority of each risk, according to the matrices below.

    Based on this, a program of actions and responsibilities were made with guidelines, personal protective equipment were offered to the employees, and other actions.
    This program includes all the employees of the company (21 employees) and complies with Brazilian regulatory standards of work safety.

    3. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MEDICAL CONTROL PROGRAM - OHMCP (Eng) / PCMSO (Port.):
    Guidelines:
    The Occupational Health Medical Control Program – OHMCP/PCMSO is an integral part of a broader set of company initiatives in the field of employee health, and must be harmonized with the provisions of regulatory standards.
    These are OHMCP/PCMSO guidelines:
    • Tracking and detection precociously of work-related health problems;
    • Detect possible excessive exposures to occupational harmful agents;
    • Define the aptitude of each employee to perform their specific functions or tasks;
    • Subsidize the implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of the prevention measures adopted in the organization;
    • Subsidize epidemiological and statistical analyzes on health problems and their relationship with occupational risks;
    • Subsidize decisions on the removal of employees from work situations that may compromise their health;
    • Subsidize the issuance of notifications of work-related injuries, in accordance with the relevant regulations;
    • Subsidize the referral of employees to Social Security;
    • Monitor employees whose health status may be especially affected by occupational hazards in a differentiated way;
    • Subsidize Social Security in professional rehabilitation actions;
    • Subsidize professional readaptation actions;
    • Control the active immunization of employees, related to occupational risks, whenever there is a recommendation from the Ministry of Health.

    The OHMCP/PCMSO includes actions by:
    • Passive surveillance of occupational health, based on information on spontaneous demand from employees seeking medical services;
    • Active surveillance of occupational health, through directed medical examinations that include, in addition to the examinations provided for in this regulatory standard, the collection of data on signs and symptoms of health problems related to occupational risks.

    Goal:
    The OHMCP/PCMSO must have the character of protection and preservation of the health of its employees in relation to occupational risks, according to the risk assessment of the Risk Management Program of the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    It is up to the employer:
    • Ensure the preparation and effective implementation of the OHMCP/PCMSO;
    • Pay all procedures related to OHMCP/PCMSO at no cost to the employees;
    • Appoint an occupational physician responsible for the OHMCP/PCMSO.
    It is up to the employee:
    • Carry out medical examinations at the time of your call.
    It is incumbent upon the occupational physician responsible for the PCMSO:
    Familiarization with the environment, working conditions and occupational risks by the doctor in charge and/or doctor in charge of the examinations will occur through one or more of the following actions:
    • Knowledge of existing programs (RMP, OHMCP/PCMSO);
    • Interactions between the technicians of the Health and Safety Work teams;
    • Knowledge of risk assessments;

    For employees exposed to occupational risks identified and classified in the RMP and for people with chronic diseases that increase susceptibility to such risks:
    • Every year or at shorter intervals, at the discretion of the doctor in charge, or if notified by the labor inspection agent doctor, or even as a result of collective bargaining;
    • According to the frequency specified in regulatory standard, related to employees exposed to hyperbaric conditions;
    For other employees:
    • Clinical examination should be performed every two years.
    c) Return to work: the clinical examination must be carried out before the employee resumes his duties, when absent for a period equal to or greater than 30 (thirty) days due to illness or accident, of an occupational nature or not. The medical evaluation should define the need for a gradual return to work.
    d) Change of occupational risk: it must be carried out before the date of change, adapting the medical control to the new risks. Change of risk is understood to mean any change in activity, job or sector that implies the exposure of the worker to a risk different from that to which he was exposed before the change.
    e) Dismissal: it must be carried out within 10 (ten) days from the end of the contract, and may be waived if the most recent occupational clinical examination has been carried out more than: 135 (one hundred and thirty-five) days for companies with a degree of risk 1 and 2, and there are less than 90 (ninety) days for risk grade 3 and 4 companies, according to regulatory standard.
    Diagnostic aid tests should be ordered when:
    • the preliminary survey of the PGR indicates the need for immediate prevention measures;
    • there are occupational exposures above the action levels determined in NR-09 or if the risk classification of the PGR indicates.

    OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE:
    For each medical examination performed, the doctor will issue the Occupational Health Certificate - OHC, which must be proven to be available to the employee. The ability to work in specific activities, when so defined by the Regulatory Standards and their Annexes, will be recorded in the OHC.

    COMMUNICATION OF WORK ACCIDENTS – CWA:
    If the occurrence or worsening of a work-related disease or alteration that reveals organic dysfunction is found through the diagnostic aid exams in Table 2 of Annex I, the other Annexes or exams included, according to subitem 7.5.18 of regulatory standard, it will be up to the occupational physician responsible for OHMCP/PCMSO:
    • Inform the company of such situation;
    • Request the company to issue the Work Accident Communication - CAT;
    • Indicate, when necessary, the removal of the employee from exposure to risk, or from work;
    • Guide the employer on the need to adopt control measures in the work environment.

    The company will:
    • Refer the worker to Social Security, when there is a leave of absence of more than 15 (fifteen) days, for an assessment of incapacity and definition of social security conduct;
    • Reassess occupational risks and relevant prevention measures in the RMP.
