The Company's strategy, culture and daily operation will follow the terms of the Global Compact. Human Rights

    The Company respects the employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining, including the freedom to participate in or not to participate in the trade union, and the freedom to participate in the employee representative system and communicate with the employee representatives and management on working conditions on a regular basis.
    The company abides by the laws and regulations concerning the minimum working age, prohibits the use of child labor, and strengthens the review in the recruitment process to ensure the effectiveness of the policy of prohibiting the use of child labor.
    The Company prohibits any discrimination, including discrimination on the basis of race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, etc. in employment, promotion, reward, training opportunities, etc.
    The company opposes any harassment and abuse, including but not limited to verbal insults, threats, corporal punishment, sexual harassment, illegal body searches, etc.

  • The Company prohibits any discrimination on the grounds of race, color, nationality, language, wealth, social origin, social status, age, gender, sexual orientation, race, disability, pregnancy, belief, political faction, participation in associations or marital status in all links such as employee recruitment, promotion, development, punishment, welfare distribution and labor contract termination. In the operation process, it is strictly prohibited to use child labor, put an end to forced labor, force employees to work by means of violence, threats or illegal restriction of personal freedom, restrict employees' (work, resignation) freedom, and strictly prohibit corporal punishment, intimidation, harassment, abuse and any discrimination against employees.

    At the same time of system guarantee, effective complaint channels should be established to prevent the occurrence of incidents damaging employees' rights and interests and discrimination. Employees can report and appeal to the "suggestion box" through the employee representative or in writing, and the professional department is responsible for investigation and handling.

  • The company maintains open, honest and effective communication with employees through various channels.     The company will never tolerate the violation of human rights. In 2020, there will be no illegal employment, forced labor, arrears of employees' wages, etc.

Labour

During the reporting period, the company has organized more than 40 kinds of trainings and performances, with more than 5000 employees participating.

    The company has established a sound training system, integrated the concept of quality and efficiency into the training classroom, strengthened staff safety and human rights education, and adopted a variety of training methods. The staff training effect is stable and significant. In 2021, 35194219 people participated in the training, including 769969 women. During the reporting period, the employee training rate reached 100%, and the employment rate of front-line employees with certificates reached 100%.

Environment
