    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that Guangzhou Shine Polymer Technology Co., Ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • 1、 履行尊重人权的责任,并将人权相关规定融入我们的工作流程和政策中,以此管理我们所有的商业活动。
    2、 将努力与供应商签订合同承诺,鼓励他们遵守我们公司执行的人权政策原则。

  • 1、 提供平等和公平的工作环境,承诺招募及任用措施免受骚扰或不法歧视。
    2、 员工有均等的机会,不分种族、阶级、性别、年龄、婚姻、身心障碍、国籍、宗教信仰及政治倾向。
    3、 禁止使用童工、强迫劳动或生理惩罚,不接受任何使用童工或强迫劳动的供应商或分包商。
    4、 禁止任何形式的侮辱人格的行为。
    5、 持续对人权政策进行宣传培训,员工可通过企业申述平台举报侵犯人权的事件。

    2、女员工占比23.34%,女管理层占比28.57%;少数民族占比3.31%。

Labour

Environment

  • 公司将环境保护作为企业可持续发展,履行企业社会责任的重要内容。因此,在积极推进公司经济发展的同时,通过技术提升和设备更新,减少能源消耗,减少污染物排放,并加强与公司利益相关方在环境保护方面的合作,实现污染预防以及环境行为的持续改进,促进供应商、工程合同方、等相关方真正履行环境保护责任。

  • 1、公司为减少温室气体排放,制定每年减少碳排放5%的目标,从节约用水、节约用电、推广建筑节能、倡导低碳出行、节约耗材等方面实施。由安环办、人事部等定期组织全体员工进行环境、健康、安全相关知识的培训与宣贯。
    2、技术上通过工艺优化,降低了产品的单体残留量,减少有害物质带来的环境影响,维护员工和消费者健康权益。

Anti-Corruption
