    I am pleased to confirm that Crest Speciality Resins Pvt Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • At Crest, We have implemented following Human Rights Policy.

    We make following commitments to respect, support, and promote human rights.

    1. Adopt a human rights governance structure and responsible business practices that promote respect for human rights
    2. Assess and address the company’s salient human rights issues, track the effectiveness of the company’s response, and transparently report on corporate support
    of and performance on human rights.
    3. Implement policies and processes to identify, prevent, mitigate, and remediate human rights risks and impacts.
    4. Engage openly and regularly with stakeholders on issues that impact human rights, including with affected or potentially affected legitimate personnel.
    5. Adopt business policies and practices that protect privacy and data security of customers.
    6. Contribute to global communities by promoting the benefits of increased connection and communication through the use of technologies
    a) That supports freedom of expression;
    b) That supports diversity and employee engagement;
    c) That support social programs including those focused on critical human needs (food, water, shelter, and disaster relief), education, and economic
    empowerment.

  • All employees are provided training about Labour rights policies. Regular awareness sessions are being conducted through internal trainers and external training agencies.

Environment

  • We are regularly monitoring incidents related to Corruption , Bribery, Fraud, Information Security violation etc. We have not came across any incident during reporting period
