  • To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that GANDINI S.R.L. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    GANDINI S.R.L. promote with all its best capabilities all the initiatives in line with the European Commission which in the last 15 years matured a strong commitment to sustainable development as an indispensable element to guarantee economic prosperity and life quality for people respecting the planet.
    For these reasons, with particular atten-tion to buildings, that are responsible, directly or indirectly, for almost 40% of total pri-mary energy consumption, we are dedicating strong efforts to promote internally of our company GANDINI S.R.L. and out of our company with our customers, the following principles:

    1 - In accordance with European Directive (EU) 2018/844 on energy efficiency in buildings as a recast of the previous Directive 2010/31/EU (the so-called EPBD, Energy Performance of Buildings Directive), promote high insulation of building envelope to decrease energy required for heating, cooling, ventilating and producing domestic hot water;

    2 - For heating, cooling, ventilating and producing domestic hot water, use the most relevant part of energy from renewable sources;

    3 - Keep care of using equipments to provide heating, cooling, ventilating and producing domestic hot water, that has the lowest impact into our planet by using the most reciclable as possible products.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • In doing our business as GANDINI S.R.L. we take care of our emploee, customers and suppliers and we take regular information about their comfort state in our organization and we do our best to offer a comfortable working environment.
    We also regularly check that our employee and bsuiness partners respects human rights.
    Most part of our collaborators are womens and most of them are mother of 1 or more childs. We promote a equality of treatment irrespective from the gender type.
    With our workers we offer flexibility in working from office or working from home in case they need it to manage better their childrens.
    We recruit normally people from our region, but we cooperate with several companies all over the world.
    Our offices have been designed to allow people with disabilities to perfectly use our infrastructure.

    We infact work with Japaneese, Chinese, Italian, Indian companies and we promote a fair collaboration with allcountries.

Labour

  • Concerning Labour we guarantee level of remuneration according to the Italian law respecting and exceeding the minimum guaranteed wage.
    Nocompulsory work is allowed in our organization: workers have to do correctly their job but we accept their limits, if they demonstrate they did their best to solve the assigned tasks.
    We do not have Child labor, forced labout or migrant labour in our company.

    We recommend the use of direct expansion systems with zero GWP and zero ODP refrigerant and with limited use of water
