    To our stakeholders,

    I am pleased to confirm that Eka Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Eka Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. supports the Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights and according to that we have collated the policies and practices which are in place.

    • POSH Internal Committee meeting is conducted every quarter to update the member regarding the new cases and policy changes(if any).
    • POSH Refresher Training for the SMT, Senior members, PMO, HRBP and Legal team done every year.

  • • One Tree Initiative - One Tree was planted per employee to reduce our carbon footprint in association with an organization named One Tree Planted.
    • Reduction of Single use Plastic - All our office cutlery is re-usable and >80% of our cafeteria uses green, recyclable supplies.
    • Adoption of cloud technology for all the new clients.
    • Promotion of car-pooling for employee office transport.
    • Encouraging work from home (hybrid work arrangement) to reduce operational carbon foot print.
    • As an organization, we’ve extended our offering towards ESG. We have a strong Sustainability solution offering for our clients to encourage and monitor their sustainability efforts. This way we are helping larger enterprises to monitor their sustainability efforts and take corrective actions.

    • Reduction of Single use Plastic - by 75%
    • 100% of the new clients are onboarded on cloud technology that have latest generation cloud servers and are energy efficient than that old generation.

    • 100% clear audit reports in both Internal & External Audits, in relation to all ESG & Human Rights related matters.
    • Eka has collaborated with Microsoft to drive Sustainability for large enterprises for larger impact.

Anti-Corruption
