    I am pleased to confirm that Auditel reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the Areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti- Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our main actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations, We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Human Rights are at the base of our way of doing business and we strongly recognize and support the Principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This is reflected in our Ethical Code and code of conduct and in our Social Responsibility Policy.

    Our approach to stakeholder engagement includes human rights among the topics to be shared during the periodical surveys and interviews.

  • A whistle-blowing procedure has bee activated to collect any comment or report regarding Auditel/its suppliers on Human Rights alleged violations.

    Our training session to new employees as well the periodical tranings to all employees include specific chapters on Human Rights.

    Our contracts and agreement with partners and suppliers include specific contractual clauses referring to Human Rights protection.

Labour

  • Our commitment toward labour rights is expressed in the Human Resources policy we released in 2021; in accordance with ILO 29 Convention:
    -we ensure that Auditel does not participate in any form of forced or bonded labour
    -we comply with minimum wage standards
    -we respect freedom of association and we recognize the right to collective bargaining
    -we are against and we don't tolerate any form of discrimination

  • - A whistle-blowing procedure has been activated to collect any comment or report regarding Auditel/its suppliers on labour rights alleged violations.

    Overall, we ensure workers are provided safe, suitable and sanitary work facilities; this has always been our main priority, even more during the pandemic, which has brought the company to adopt the most stringent rules and protocols to protect employees, their families, suppliers and customers.

Environment

  • Eventhough Auditel is not strongly involved and exposed to environmental issues, as confirmed also by our materiality matrix, the protection of the environment is part of our agenda, as stated by the "Enviroment and Safety Policy" we released in 2021 and per our Environmental Assessment based on ISO 14001.

Anti-Corruption

  • Fairness, transparency, zero tolerance towards corruption are at the base of our Ethical Code and code of conduct.

    Internal Control & Risks Committee (ICRC) together with Supervisory Body ( SB) have been activated to ensure additional layer of control and to manage ad hoc third parties audits.
