    I am pleased to confirm that [ Shanghai Jidou Science and Technology Co. Ltd] reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • 1. Issued the "Jidou Social Responsibility Manual" to all employees on respecting Human Rights and preventing potential abuses.
    2. Issued the "Jidou Supplier Sustainability Management Program" requiring business partners & suppliers to adhere to the Global Compact principles.

  • 1. Office location near subway station for best convenience.
    2. Continue to provide safe, comfortable and healthy working environment for employees
    1) Security: 24-hour security patrol, fire control system, office access control system, visitor registration;
    2) In terms of sanitation, implemented daily cleaning, strict requirements for wearing masks during the epidemic, regular disinfection, drinking water purification system, indoor smoking ban;
    3) In terms of comfort, the office area is spacious and bright, reasonably partitioned, equipped with extra dedicated work stations, meeting rooms, rest rooms, dining room, comfortable office furniture, a number of microwave ovens, refrigerators and other appliances.
    4. Issued the "Jidou Social Responsibility Manual" to all employees.
    5. Organized the social responsibility training.
    6. Established a communication mechanism.
    7. Qualified office equipment such as computers and servers from professional service providers.

    4. New objective: HR department communicates with employees, investigates and understands the employees' work and psychological state, and timely coordinates and solves the problems if found any.
