    I am pleased to confirm that Temp-Team Pte Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • Temp-Team Pte Ltd supports the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We respect the Human Rights within our sphere of influence and operate our business in a transparent and trustworthy way.

Labour

  • We follow existing Singapore Labour law / Employment Act and collective agreements to ensure company has right employment practice. We also encourage gender equality and do not accept discrimination, forced labour or child labour.

  • We provide training to new staff and develop the existing personnel.
    The annual survey send from HQ and the quarterly appraisal are the culmination of various works to look at employee engagement and staff wellbeing.

Environment

  • Temp-Team Pte Ltd is pledge to support the programme of ‘Plant A Tree Campaign’ in Brazil continuously, this is the commitment from us to plant one tree for each assignment we fill.
    Due to Covid pandemic, we are not able to continue the Clean Beach campaign we had in the previous year.
    We hope to resume this meaningful activity again in the near future.

  • We are implementing and reminding each others in the office to focus on less papers and clean desk mentality.
    We encourage all our clients to accept the electronic version of invoice copy.

  • After we implement the E invoice practice, we managed to order 50% less A4 papers from our stationary supplier.

Anti-Corruption

  • Temp-Team has a strict zero tolerance policy against corruption, bribery or extortion.

    All employees are continuously informed on the company policy and legislation in this area.
