    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture, and daily operations.   • Implementation

  • We have a suggestion box as well as a Human resource desk where violations of human rights of all kinds are reported and Partners or employees can report incidents or complaints of Code-based discrimination and/or harassment verbally or in writing.
    The report of the allegation(s) should include the following information:
    a) Name(s) of the person who has allegedly experienced Code-based
    discrimination and/or harassment and contact information
    b) Name of (any) alleged harasser(s), position, and contact information (if
    known)
    c) Names of the witness(es) (if any) or another person (s) with relevant information to provide and contact information (if known)
    d) Details of what happened including date(s), frequency, and location(s) of the alleged incident(s) a. Any supporting documents the person who
    complains of Code-based discrimination and/or harassment may have in his/her possession that is relevant to the complaint.
    e) List any documents a witness or another person may have in their possession that is relevant to the complaint.

  • All Human Rights violations are treated on a case-to-case basis where the action is taken after investigations and warnings, Punishment, or even termination upon conviction.

Labour

  • Air Techniques Ltd carries out where applicable Investigations, legal cases, rulings, fines and other relevant events related to the Global Compact Labour principles and prosecutes the culprits in a court of law.

Environment

  • Air Techniques Ltd only recommends solution that is geared towards achieving a green economy by eliminating the use of plastics and CFCs.

  • Air techniques Limited only uses green refrigerants like R410, R407, R404 and eliminates where applicable us of R22 and Ammonia plants which are pollutants.

Anti-Corruption

  • Air Techniques periodically carries out in-house investigations to establish any level of corrupt malpractices and signs anti-corruption declarations with their employees, partners and suppliers and where applicable the rule of law is applied.
