    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information without stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • • SENSE Training House supports the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood."

    • SENSE Training House provides safe working environment for our workers, including clean and safe office with satisfactory lighting and ventilation.

    • SENSE Training House by all means protects staff from all kinds of harassment, including physical, verbal, sexual or psychological harassment, abuse or threats. We have “zero tolerance” on harassment issues.

    • We provide sufficient tools and logistic measures to minimize the potential ingredients, designs, defects or side effects that could harm or threaten human life and health during our service delivery.

Labour

  • • SENSE Training House reaffirms that we does not participate in any form of forced or bonded labour. Every staff is employed openly, with mutual agreement.

    • SENSE Training House supports and promotes the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining, the elimination of forced or compulsory labour, the abolition of child labour and the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

    • We provide fair contract to protect the labour right of all staff.
