    I am pleased to confirm that Nobis Platform reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

    Due diligence
    To identify, prevent and address actual or potential human rights impacts resulting from our activities with which we engage.
    1. We influence behaviors of: socio-economic inclusion of all, all or all. We denounce violations of rights in society and defend human rights with publications among internal and internal audiences.

    2. We have a human rights policy for our internal and external operations: on the Nobis platform, with employees and with the companies and organizations with which we transact.

    3. We assess our practices in terms of sustainability and Human Rights on a daily basis.

  • Risk assessment
    1. We work for the dignity of people through access to work through the democratization of connectivity – we have more than 30,000 services being transacted on the platform throughout Brazil. No cost to people, in order to support income generation and fight poverty and inequality.
    2. We carry out intensive work to support and mitigate the effects of the pandemic, collaborating with small local businesses.
    3. We strengthen community development through training of local leaders in all regions of Brazil. More than 300 leaders trained to implement projects with a socioeconomic impact.
    4. Our business model does not hire people to work in services. We provide free connectivity and professional development for digital presence and workability.
    5. Nobis employees worked from 03/21/2020 to 05/20/2021, 100% at home-office, in order to provide isolation and distance to ensure the health of themselves and their families;
    6. We have no complicity with companies that commit human rights violations. We do not partner with companies that violate human or environmental rights.
    7. Before any interaction with companies, we inform ourselves about their values ​​and practices, even when it is advantageous from a financial and economic point of view.
    8. All public statements on the Nobis platform correspond to its ethical practices and values, preserving the integrity of its operations.
    9. We implement inclusion projects:
    o Migrants and refugees;
    o Women;
    o Afro-entrepreneurs;
    o People in economic vulnerability.

  • From the internal point of view of Human Rights:

    The company does not have any civil, administrative or labor legal proceedings.
    We preserve our interactions and our flows based on contracts that are legitimate, accessible, predictable, equitable, clear and based on mediation and communication.

    2. People have freedom of association and effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;

    3. evaluate activities in promoting equal opportunities and non-discrimination;

    4. 50/50 gender, between employees and managers, intergenerational and racial diversity.

Environment

  • Nobis is committed to 11 of the 17 SDGs, including SD 13. It was recognized in 2019 and 2020 by FIEPPR/SESI (Federation of Industries of the State of Parána) for practices related to the SDGs.
    The business model of the Nobis Servives Platform aims to:
    "Promote socioeconomic inclusion through connectivity and qualification in services from A to Z, based on a regenerative economy."
