    In diesem jährlichen Fortschrittsbericht beschreiben wir unsere Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Integration des Global Compact und seiner Prinzipien in unsere Geschäftsstrategie, Unternehmenskultur und unseren täglichen Betrieb. Wir verpflichten uns ebenfalls dazu, diese Informationen unter Einsatz unserer primären Kommunikationskanäle an unsere Anspruchsgruppen weiterzuleiten.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • The Amapharm Company Policy as well as the Code of Conduct are mandatory to be signed both by employees and suppliers. The assessment is performed within the annual CSR rating.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • in 2020 Amapharm has implanted the EQS Whistle Blowing system, which allows anonymous reporting

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • The human rights performance is annually evaluated by an indecent auditing agency Ecovadis.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • Close collaboration with the workers council on labor rights and compensation
    The Amapharm Code of Conduct postulates the Global compact labor principles this is to signed by all suppliers
    The Amapharm company policy prohibits child labor and forced labor
    Within the Ecovadis audit the adherence the Global Compact Labour principles are checked

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • Close collaboration with the worker's council, suggestion boards installed.
    Independent contractor hired to monitor employee health and safety and drive improvement.
    The paymentt scheme is based on a skill matrix which is indecent of gender or ethnicity.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • Employee structure and diversity is part of the annual reporting to Ecovadis.
    Employees are encouraged to report any violations via the EQS whistle blowing system

Environment
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • All resources are monitored and annual trends are established. An energy monitoring system has been implemented to find room for potential improvement.

    It is the goal for 2021 to install a photovoltaic system to reduce the energy consumption.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • Ongoing initiatives on sustainable packaging including the use of R PET, the use of recycled materials is monitored annually.

    Incentive for employees to bring up ideas for waste and paper reduction.

    Food waste is transformed into bio energy.

  • Monthly trending of the energy consumption and review by the management

Anti-Corruption

  • Employees are encouraged to use the whistle blowing system in order comment corruption issues

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.

  • So far no incidents have been reported, potential incidents would be followed up via the whistle blowing system
