    To our stakeholders:

    We are pleased to have the opportunity to reaffirm DCT AUTO's support for the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

    The UN Global Compact Communications Progress Report describes our commitment to manage our business strategy, corporate culture and benefits by adhering to the ten principles of the Global Compact. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • DCT AUTO is committed to upholding the fundamental principles of human rights for all of our employees and our suppliers.
    The protection and preservation of human rights is guided by the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human rights and other international conventions .

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • DCT AUTO has taken the following measures to prevent human rights violations in its work locations:
    - We have conducted training of human rights ethics management to raise awareness of all employees on human rights.
    - We have formed a department that is responsible for human rights and corrects problems by collecting employee opinions on discrimination, unjust treatment or complaints.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • We have held labor-management councils regularly. Through this time, we are looking for proper ways to improve the working environment and to treat the employees.
    This process is improving employee satisfaction with employers. There has never been any investigations or legal cases related to Human Rights in the Company.

Labour

  • DCT AUTO is committed to upholding the fundamental principles of Labour for all of our employees and our suppliers.
    In particular, we are concerned about safety and health. We are going to acquire system certification related to safety and health such as OHSA18001 in the future.

  • DCT AUTO has taken the following measures to make safe environment in its work locations:
    - We have provided health consultation, safety and health education to our employees through partners who specialize in safety and health management.

  • During 2017 the rate of accidents that occurred in DCT AUTO is 4%.
    We plan to conduct more systematic safety and health education to maintain low incidence.

Environment

  • DCT AUTO is committed to upholding the fundamental principles of environment for all of our employees and our suppliers.
    We are going to acquire system certification related to environmental management such as ISO 14001 in the future.

  • Implementation

  • DCT AUTO has taken the following measures to practice the environmental management:
    - We have carried campaign about retrenchment of energy to raise awareness of all employees on environment
    - We have commissioned by a specialized agency to measure dust and monitor the effect on the atmosphere

  • We have measured energy consumption annually. the outcome of energy reduction is insignificant, but we will continue to practice environmental management.

Anti-Corruption

  • We have established a clear and timely policies to combat all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery in all action areas of the company.

  • We have internal procedures to report corruption and bribery control procedures and corruption and bribery.
    And we have conducted assessment to punish those who violate our policies anually.

  • There were no legal cases, judgments or other related cases involving corruption and bribery on 2017.
