    I am pleased to confirm that Samovarova & Partners reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • • In its activities, the Company is guided by the following documents:
    - International instruments: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Charter, the European Convention on Human Rights;
    - Russian legislation: the Russian Constitution, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
    - Internal regulatory documents of the Company: Regulations on the observance of the norms of professional ethics, Employment contract, Job description.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • • All employees are regularly informed and are aware of the Regulations on the observance of the norms of professional ethics of CJSC - Auditing Company "Samovarova & Partners" , including internal policy in regard of Human Rights.

  • • From the very beginning of its work the company did not reveal any violations related to discrimination against workers and human rights violations.
    • Employees of the company have all the rights enshrined in the international and Russian law.

Labour

  • • The Company's personnel policy is implemented, the priorities of which are to ensure the social protection of personnel, creation of conditions for self-realization, training and development of employees.
    • Personnel policy is based on strict compliance with the requirements of the Russian Federation Labor Code, which is consistent with the basic provisions of the International Labour Organization.

  • Implementation

  • • The Company regularly hosts corporate events for the staff, such as:
    - Internal training webinars allowing to exchange of working experience,
    - Corporate celebration of public holidays etc.
    • Employees are regularly attending specialized seminars, conferences and forums to enhance their professionalism.

  • • No violations of the principles of labor relations have been identified in the company.
    • During the reporting period there has not been any events in the company, such as: requests, lawsuits, judgments, fines, etc., related to labor relations.
    • The company does not use and has never used any form of forced labor.
    • The company does not use and has never used child labor.

Environment
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • • Activities of CJSC - Auditing company "Samovarova & Partners" does not apply to industrial production, so the impact on the environment is minimal.
    • Nevertheless the Company is aware of the need for continuous improvement of processes, which will reduce the load on the ecological system.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • • CJSC - Auditing company "Samovarova & Partners" provides the following events to reduce energy consumption:
    - Using energy-saving equipment, including modern energy-saving lamps;
    - Planned and preventive maintenance of equipment;
    - Regular monitoring of the implementation of the rules for use of electrical equipment.

  • • The Company is involved in the campaigns conducted by WWF "Earth Hour" since 2015".
    • "Paper Free Day" is held in the company.

Anti-Corruption
