    I am pleased to report Vox AG has renewed its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption for the year of 2016.
    In our annual Communication on Progress, we will describe our plan of action to continue growing upon our Global Compact initiatives, building the principles into our long term growth plan, culture and daily operations.
    We also commit to making this information available to our stakeholders and partners as requested.

Human Rights

  • Vox continues to hold Human Rights for our employees with high priority, ensuring each of our global teams have access to:

    - Safe and sanitary work conditions, free from any environmental stressors
    - Protection from workplace harassment, including physical, verbal, sexual, or physical harassment, abuse of threats

    We also take pride in providing our managed service clients, supply partners, and their customers with a transparent view into our operations, and ensure we are eliminating potentially harmful practices. We enforce strict adherence to our company’s Code of Conduct, and work quickly to address any potential issues as they come up - thus far we have not endured any such instances.

    One of Vox’s driving principles is the belief in Freedom of Access to Information – access we have further established through an improved online buying experience, open for all B2B partners globally.Over the past year, Vox has again iterated our procurement operations to tackle global trade through ecommerce functionality.

Our team is built upon high standards for attitude and ability, free from judgement based on discrimination. Environment

  • One of the main pillars of our managed service is logistics. We provide partners with coordinated global pickups, ensuring delivery to their country with a reliable carrier. We look for opportunities to group regional shipments coming from other continents, and coordinate consolidated client orders coming from the same origin. By minimizing number of shipments, we help decrease the carbon footprint created by global business in this industry. Many of our clients are located in remote, island regions, and the logistical challenges facing their businesses are real. We take pride in not only saving them money and finding solutions to meet their project requirements, but also the environmental benefits created by a more efficient logistics operation. As Vox’s global footprint expands, we look forward to implementing additional solutions and processes to continue keeping the logistics component of supply chain management as green as possible. Reliable energy sources are also a consistent challenge throughout our client base. We emphasize opportunities to switch to renewable energy technology and provide operators with retail products to help communities continue to grow, for example, solar lanterns. Solar energy plays a vital role for telecom operators to provide reliable services in remotely challenging areas. A number of our clients have experienced both monetary and environmental impact success through the implementation of solar solutions.
    Our ecommerce and logistics platform for B2B transactions also allows companies new and old to immediately expand their reach and the impact of their technology. As we grow our supply partner base, we look forward to helping companies in the renewable energy sector, among others, to maximize their global growth. We take great pride in our ability to deliver crucial new technologies to some of the most remote countries in the world.

Our mission is founded on a completely transparent supply chain solution for both of our global networks - partners on the managed service side of the business, as well as B2B partners using our ecommerce platform. End-to-end process management allows Vox to remove any opportunities for supply chain corruption.

We analyze a variety of supply options for every international sourcing project, allowing the clients to make a final selection based on objective technical and commercial variables. Our ecommerce platform partners are also the beneficiaries of our transparent model. By providing open access to highly competitive sourcing options, we democratize the buying of wholesale products. This means new developmental opportunities have arrived for companies that are currently working under regional or economic duress. In conjunction with open access to our supply partners, we’ve combined the online buying experience with automated logistics that will revolutionize online buying for global wholesale. Any customer with access to a supplier's online storefront can see landed costs to their country, updated live with quantity and transit mode adjustments. This was a monumental step forward for us in 2015, and we will continue to improve the logistics costs and tool features as we head into this new year. Low prices and easy logistics mean companies can save money and operate at higher efficiencies, again, allowing their growth to thrive.
