    To our stakeholders:

I am pleased to confirm that Green Pencils Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

When a business derives its commercial success in responsible and sustainable ways which honour good ethics, comply with the law, respect people, communities and the natural environment, it is transformed from a tool for making profit into a humane activity for improving life.

There is still a lot to do and a lot learn. But thankfully, sustainability is not a journey you take alone. Let the conversation continue.

    Sincerely yours,

Antony N. Kirori

Chief Executive Officer
