  • 普天铁心将国际劳工组织制定的全球标准作为公司内部管理质量体系的一个重要组成部分,并结合企业自身实际情况,建立并完善了一系列规章制度保护企业职工的各项权益,构筑了一整套企业内部保护职工权益的管理体系:保护企业职工的平等就业和选择职业的权利、取得劳动报酬的权利、休息休假的权利、获得劳动安全卫生保护的权利、接受职业技能培训,享受职业发展的权利,享受社会保险和福利的权利以及法律规定的其他各项权利等。并明文规定禁止雇佣18岁以下的童工。

  • 1.签订劳动合同制度。2.提供有竞争力空间的薪资标准。在企业内部实行了岗位技能工资制、岗位绩效工资制等多种分配形式,合理确定每位职工的劳动报酬,并完善实施了一线工人工作的“按件计酬”制度,切实提高一线员工的工作待遇和工作积极性。3.享受社会保险和社会福利。在社会福利方面,公司高度关心职工生活,提高职工福利水平。企业制定了多种奖金、津贴、补贴标准,为员工提供单项业绩奖、年终奖;提供员工午餐补贴;为厂区住宿的员工提供免费且条件优良的住宿条件。4.为员工及客户进行职业培训
