  • In the year May 2014 - May 2015 SINAK Corporation again increased its number of employees, this was due to the increased interest in our domestic market. Our long history with reputable companies has allowed us to outlast many of our competitors and grow even in difficult times. Like every year this coming year will be no different for SINAK Corporation to confirm that it supports the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we reaffirm our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

    To develop, manufacture and market a unique family of products that protect, enhance and extend the life cycle of various surfaces in an environmentally friendly manner. To maintain a sterling reputation for integrity and fair dealing, and to provide superior technical support and customer service to ensure proper product application.

Human Rights

  • We are committed to the highest standards of human rights protection. Although our Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for decision-making and for compliance with all human rights laws an regulations applicable to our business, it is in the corporate culture at SINAK that no matter the seniority, every employee has the right to speak-up on any situation or in-house issue that concerns them. The results are seen at the office in that every employee enjoys a positive workspace each day.

  • Our corporation headquarters contracts with outside consultants to monitor local, state and federal laws regarding employees. In our office we post the Fair Labor Standards Act and the OSHA Job Safety and Health Protections posters.

Labour

  • SINAK Corporation operates within the labor laws that allow freedom of association, including the right to engage in collective bargaining. We encourage every employee to be involved in our sustainable development program. SINAK is an equal opportunity employer. Along with a competitive salary we also offer medical insurance for employees and their family.

    SINAK Corporation does not and will not employ children for labor nor will we do business with a company that does not hold our same stance.

  • Dealing fairly with our stakeholders and customers is the only way SINAK will conduct business. Form our introduction into the United Nations Global Compact SINAK has incorporated a policy covering anti-corruption, extortion, bribery and conflict of interest.
