Human Rights

  • Presently we are abiding with the Indian Factories Act. We have formed a committee for “Prevention of sexual harassment” chaired
    by our managing partner.

  • We are maintaining suggestion box which is accessed by our Managing Director. We arrange training & development programmes
    on the issues of fundamental rights & corporate responsibilities conducted by eminent faculties.

Labour

  • We do not employ child labour. We have no discrimination in respect of sex, caste, colour etc.
    We strictly follow the law of land with respect to labour & human laws.

  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • We are maintaining a suggestion box. We conduct training sessions for improving physical & mental ability of employees.
    We also give communication to aware our employees for current global & industrial scenario.

Environment

  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • Our product & processes do not disturb the environment. In spite of this we are planning to conduct an audit in next year.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • We will prepare a policy & action plan after the environmental audit. We try to replace all high energy consumption equipment by
    Low consumption equipment.(e.g. CRT by TFT monitors)

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates environmental performance.

  • Measurement will be done based on the actions decided.

Anti-Corruption

  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • We may cover this topic while devising our company’s HR policy.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement anti-corruption policies, address anti-corruption risks and respond to incidents.

  • We will prepare an action plan based on the policy. We have finalised our business process document incorporating core values in it.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.

  • Performance will be monitored based on results obtained from the action plan.
