Presently we are abiding with the Indian Factories Act. We have formed a committee for “Prevention of sexual harassment” chaired
by our managing partner.

We do not employ child labour. We have no discrimination in respect of sex, caste, colour etc.
We strictly follow the law of land with respect to labour & human laws.

We are maintaining a suggestion box. We conduct training sessions for improving physical & mental ability of employees.

Our product & processes do not disturb the environment. In spite of this we are planning to conduct an audit in next year.
