    I am pleased to confirm that Lubeco reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Lubeco`s goal is to influence that our employees and all our business partners respect the Universal Declaration of Human rights and environmental protection. Based on our commitment we have set up a code of conduct, published on our website, to make our position clear for all our suppliers, employees and partners. Our Conde of Conduct comply with the ISO 26000 standards and other international conventions.

  • We have published and actively informed all our suppliers, partners and employees of our commitment and encouraged them to commit as well. An internal system is in place were the employees are trained in regards of our commitment.

  • We have a system in place that encourage employees, clients and partners to report back if they suspect any wrongful doing in regards to our CSR guidelines and Code of Conduct. No reports have been filed since the system has been implemented.

Labour

  • Our written CSR guidlines and Code of Conduct regulate our policies and are compliant with UNGC principles and the ISO 26000 standard. The documents are published on our website and handed out during training internally.

  • We have a system in place that encourage employees, clients and partners to report back if they suspect any wrongful doing in regards to our CSR guidelines and Code of Conduct. No reports have been filed since the system has been implemented.

Environment

  • Lubeco support the UNGC principles on the Environment. The principles have been included in our CSR policies and our Code of Conduct. We have also been certified after a national standard, Miljøfyrtårn, which systematically monitor our, our suppliers and our partners when it comes to environmental focus in daily business routines.

  • Implementation

  • Lubeco strives to minimise the environmental impact of our activities. Through the national certification, Miljøfyrtårn, we have had a thorough audit of our business and put in place several actions to further minimize our environmental impact. We continuously work with our environmental actions and strive to be innovative when it comes to environmental friendly products and services.

  • We have a system in place that encourage employees, clients and partners to report back if they suspect any wrongful doing in regards to our CSR guidelines and Code of Conduct. No reports have been filed since the system has been implemented. In addition through our certification we receive an annual audit from Co2 Focus and Miljøfyrtårn.

Anti-Corruption

  • Lubeco supports the UNGC principles on anti-corruption. We work strongly against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

  • Our CSR guidlines and Code of Conduct include our policies on anti-corruption and respond to incidents. We have a system in place for whistle-blowing for any Code of Conduct or CSR guideline violation.
