    S&F Projects with its policies and strategies, is promoting security technological development and advanced performance while adopting the highest standards of the GC and improving the quality of Egyptian security products' market through dedicated development initiatives.

Human Rights

  • S&F Projects goal is to influence that our employees and all our business partners respect the Universal Declaration of Human rights and environmental protection. Based on our commitment we have set up a code of conduct to make our position clear for all our suppliers, employees and partners. Our Code of Conduct complies with the ISO 26000 standards and other international conventions.”

  • A box has been installed in each location for employees to submit their complaints and/or issues with regards to unfair treatment. These complaints are revised by top management and discussed immediately.
    A training session has been conducted for all employees to raise the public awareness on human rights issues.”

  • S&F projects will audit and evaluate all partners and suppliers against a set of defined principles, policies and guidelines that coup with our predefined code of conduct and will seriously consider any kind of violation to this guiding document.

Labour

Environment

  • in S&F Projects the nature of the operations makes our direct environmental impact relatively small. The environmental impact of office is instead mostly indirect, via clients, businesses and suppliers.That enables us to influence the environmental awareness and
    work of our stakeholders.”

  • We installed double-layered glass to strengthen the offices’ insulation against temperature fluctuations, hence saving energy (electricity for cooling); and therefore contributing (on our humble scale) to reducing the emission of gases in the atmosphere which ultimately may lead to thermal retention in our planet.

  • our electricity bill reduction is our indicator for the efficiency of our glass system that reflects on how efficient we are in reducing the emission of gases in the atmosphere by less usage of the cooling system mechanism.

Anti-Corruption

  • Internally we have our financial system setup is designed to drive proof for all and each financial practice and we highly insist on transparency in our operation and such close watching we do not have any kind of practice related to financial corruption as our first step taken to act for anticorruption

  • We have regular audit from legal financial audit office that works in details in reviewing all our practice and pin point any doubted issue and if any we immediately take it further seriously to find out all related information and if any one is involved in corruption by any mean, we take it very seriously to the level of ending their contract with company.
