Our global relationships are closely monitored to ensure we are working with only those who hold themselves to a high standard of Human Rights practices. Developing long term, reliable supplier relationships is integral to our growth and sustainability. One of Vox’s driving principles is the belief in Freedom of Access to Information – access we are trying to establish through an improved online buying experience, open to all telecom networks globally.

Our mission is to help our clients improve their supply chain in order to improve company operations and prosperity, allowing them to improve the lives of their employees and those in their communities. As an example, in 2014, we saved one of our Pacific Island nation (full-service) procurement clients approximately $500,000.00 USD by optimizing their supply chain through improved supplier relations and efficient logistics. Our teams work closely with each of the team divisions on the ground to understand their priorities and supply chain bottle necks. By optimizing supply chain operations, we allow our clients labour forces to focus on their top priorities and work more effectively.

Our employees hold themselves to the top level of business conduct, through internal interactions, and working externally with clients, suppliers and freight forwarders. Our 5 global offices work hard to execute daily work with integrity and respect, and we all work closely with one another to ensure employees are finding the proper work balance and achieving fulfillment through their roles. We also look to empower all employees to grow within their roles and take on new challenges, providing training and support when needed.

One of the main pillars of our service is logistics. We provide clients with coordinated global pickups, ensuring delivery to their country’s port with a reliable carrier. We look for opportunities to group regional shipments coming from other continents, and coordinate consolidated client orders coming from the same origin. By minimizing number of shipments, we help decrease the carbon footprint created by global business in this industry. Many of our clients are located in remote, island regions, and the logistical challenges facing their businesses are real. We take pride in not only saving them money and finding solutions to meet their need, but also the environmental benefits created by a more efficient logistics operation. As Vox’s global footprint expands, we look forward to implementing additional solutions and processes to continue keeping the logistics component of supply chain management as green as possible.

Reliable energy sources are also a consistent challenge throughout our client base. We emphasize opportunities to switch to renewal energy sources and provide operators with retail products to help communities continue to grow, for example, solar lanterns. Solar energy plays a vital role for telecom operators to provide reliable services in remotely challenging areas. A number of our clients have experienced both monetary and environmental impact success through the implementation of solar solutions.

Transparency is the number one driving force of our company and plays a keystone role in our development initiatives for the upcoming year. Our aim is to create a completely transparent supply chain solution for telecom networks globally, removing any opportunities for supply chain corruption. Our open pricing is accessible to anyone in the world, holding suppliers accountable and creating new buying opportunities for operators in economically or geographically challenging regions.

2014 concluded as a very successful year for Vox as measured by our savings generated with clients, as well as the development of pivotal business growth initiatives. We’ve taken a new service direction to open up some of our global frame agreements and make ordering accessible online to any network, anywhere. By providing open access to negotiated and highly competitive sourcing options, we democratize the buying of core commodity items for telecom operators. This means new developmental opportunities await operators that are currently working under regional or economic duress. In conjunction with open access to our sourcing options, we’re creating a logistics tool that will revolutionize online buying of these key items for our clients. By continuing to develop our partnerships with key global freight forwarders and carriers, we can provide complete pricing and timing for global delivery of our products while further endeavoring to minimize our collective carbon footprint. This will be a key feature of our ecommerce marketplace that we hope to complete in 2015. Low prices and easy logistics mean operators can save money and operate at higher efficiencies, again, allowing their growth to thrive.
