    To our stakeholders:
    I am pleased to confirm that pttx reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • 普天铁心自成立至今一直遵守《世界人权宣言》及其他关于保护人权的国际标准,并将人权纳入企业规范之中。普天铁心承诺尊重和维护国际公认的各项人权!

  • 公司在食堂、车间、办公区域等多处为员工设立了建议信箱,并开通了电子建议信箱。公司每月底对信箱进行整理总结,并在下月初将各处理方案张贴于公告栏!公司每年定期对员工进行人权方面培训,并组织了丰富的活动!

Labour
