    I am pleased to confirm that Carroll Properties Corporation reaffirms its support for the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this Annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Our workplace is in a secure location and is maintained to promote a healthy environment
    Our policies require mutual respect confirmed with the integration of Kolbe Assessments of individual strengths
    We welcome client from all ethnicities and encourage cross cultural understanding

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • We hosted an Environmental Film Festival for the International Real Estate Federation in Malaysia last May depicting a local river from the mountains to the sea and the impacts of human behavior as an educational tool.

  • We published our film on YouTube and measured the hits as well as marketing to a variety of outlets to expand the message

Labour

  • We recycle all products the city allows for collection
    We vigorously approach energy efficiencies to be incorporated into client services
    We offer advice to clients who are preparing for acquisition or disposition to prepare any environmental issues for proper disposal to maintain an clean, healthy and efficient workplace

  • Monitored waste disposal and cleaning products
    Continuous research to engage our client base in sustainable initiatives

  • Transactions of our client base requires Environmental Assessment. We mentor clients on issues that can be addressed by modification of behaviors and deliver findings

Anti-Corruption

  • Transparency with Confidentiality is the mantra of our service to clients
    Ethical behavior is a requirement of staff and selection of clients
    Every effort is make to maintain appropriate accounting records of funds in trust
