Co-hosted by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, UN Global Compact and International Chamber of Commerce, as Chair of the Global Business Alliance for 2030, the SDG Business Forum will convene leaders from business and government, together with heads of United Nations agencies, key international organizations and civil society groups. The Forum convenes during the first High Level Political Forum (HLPF) since the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The HLPF will convene at UN Headquarters from 11 – 20 July and is an opportunity for business to report on key achievements and activities undertaken during this pivotal first year of SDG implementation and look at the role of business in catalyzing sustainable growth and development—from innovative approaches to financing through to the business case for sustainability and new partnerships.
